Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of cost engineering experience, including PMC roles.
• Deep understanding of cost management principles (estimating, budgeting, cost control).
• Proficiency in cost management software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Oil and gas industry experience is a significant advantage.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for large-scale projects.
• Monitor project financials, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide expert advice on cost management practices to project teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on execution strategies and financial planning.
• Review and validate contractor invoices, change orders and claims.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and evaluate project risks and opportunities.
• Lead cost reporting efforts and deliver insights to management and clients.
• Mentor junior cost engineers and ensure adherence to standards.
