Responsibilities

• Develop project cost control data structures to track actual costs.
• Establish and set the project control budget with agreed baselines.
• Track actual costs for internal and external expenditure.
• Control project accruals and commitments against budget constraints.
• Build project forecasts including estimated work to complete.
• Report all project information including Earned Value Management.
• Track project contingency and exposure related to risks.
• Ensure alignment of change controls with agreed baselines.
• Inform future change controls using key project trends.
