• Minimum 2 years PQE in tax law required.
• Strong background in corporate tax advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide strategic advice on Stamp Duty Land Tax, VAT, and employment taxes.
• Develop and implement sophisticated tax planning strategies.

Skills

Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

Proven analytical skills with a commercial approach to tax planning

Strong technical tax knowledge with commercial awareness

Education

Qualified Solicitor with minimum 2 years PQE in tax law
