The Role

As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will:

• Lead advisory assignments, including company reconstructions, M&A transactions, share schemes, and venture capital schemes
• Act as the go-to expert for technical tax queries from clients and colleagues
• Manage and mentor junior team members, helping develop technical expertise across the firm
• Work closely with directors on business development, identifying opportunities to expand client services
• Build a strong professional network and develop your personal brand as a recognised specialist
• Drive continuous improvement in the firm s corporate tax processes and service delivery

What We're Looking For

• CTA-qualified (or equivalent, such as ICAS Tax qualification)
• Significant post-qualification experience in corporate tax advisory
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships
• Strongb>analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax software
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to professional development
