Qualificações

• CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Extensive corporate tax experience gained within practice.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships.
• Experience leading assignments and managing multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted adviser to a portfolio of corporate tax clients.
• Lead and deliver complex corporate tax consultancy assignments.
• Advise clients on restructures, group reorganisations and business transactions.
• Perform corporate tax reviews and provide technical input.
• Monitor developments in UK tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the tax team.
