You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining trusted client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact, and ensuring clients can access the firm’s full range of services. You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including owner‑managed businesses, multi‑generational family businesses, private equity‑backed firms, and AIM‑listed companies. Finally, you will support clients with both advisory and compliance services, offering expert guidance on M&A structuring, exit planning, group reorganisations, international expansion and more.
We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, with the ability to align tax solutions to broader business objectives. You should have one or more qualifications in ACA/ACCA/CA/CTA or equivalent knowledge or experience (e.g., law qualification). You must have strong technical skills in corporate tax with relevant advisory and compliance experience, in addition to strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to address complex client needs. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering quality work and taking ownership of project deliverables, while having effective time management and the ability to work under pressure meet deadlines.
