Job summary

A Senior Corporate Solicitor role in Manchester joins a well-established corporate team providing SME-focused advice on acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and advisory matters. The practice handles M&A, AIM and complex transactions with both buy- and sell-side exposure.

You’ll contribute to business development, build client relationships and progress within a growing team in a respected North West law firm environment.

Qualifications

• Strong corporate transactional experience at a reputable law firm.
• Proven experience in M&A, corporate reorganisations, and advisory work.
• Excellent technical and commercial awareness.
• Ambitious with a desire to progress within a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Advise SMEs and owner-managed businesses on a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, and general corporate advisory matters.
• Work on high-quality M&A, AIM, and complex corporate transactions.
• Gain exposure to both sell-side and buy-side deal work.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the practice.
