Job summary

Watson Farley & Williams is a leading international law firm specializing in energy, infrastructure and transport. This role seeks a solicitor with strong corporate transaction skills and 6+ years’ PQE to work autonomously across domestic and international deals.

The successful candidate will advise on high-value matters, contribute to client service excellence and participate in firm initiatives, with a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction.
• Approximately 6+ years’ post-qualification corporate experience.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously and provide high-quality client service.
• Experience in corporate transactions; sector experience in energy/infrastructure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Advise on high-value corporate transactions for a range of clients.
• Work autonomously with a hands-on, flexible approach to service delivery.
• Support business development and contribute to client relationships.
