Burges Salmon in Bristol seeks a Corporate M&A Senior Associate to handle high‑profile domestic and cross‑border transactions. You’ll advise on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity for a diverse client base.

Based in Bristol with strong links to London and Edinburgh, you’ll mentor junior lawyers, manage complex matters, contribute to a collaborative culture where every voice is heard, and enjoy hybrid working with excellent development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Broad experience advising on private/public M&A, investments, JVs and private equity.
• Qualified as a lawyer with SRA or Law Society of Scotland.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with ownership and leadership on matters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building relationships with clients.
• Good matter and financial management skills.
• Experience mentoring junior lawyers.
