Bank of America in London seeks a Credit Underwriter - Corporates Credit (Analyst/Associate) to manage credit relationships for mid-to-large corporate clients within GCIB Credit. You will analyse financials, assess risk, and structure debt financing solutions in collaboration with product specialists and risk teams.

The role requires a BA/BSc in Finance, Accounting or Economics, experience in credit risk, and strong Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform financial and credit analysis, risk rating analysis ensuring adherence to prevailing credit policy and procedures for an assigned portfolio.
• Independently assess credit worthiness, perform due diligence of prospective borrowers and negotiate terms.
• Structure transactions, underwriting and document credit arrangements and derivatives.
• Ensure portfolio granularity with targets for net country/credit capital and exposure.
• Establish internal risk ratings and adjust throughout the credit life cycle.
• Maintain portfolio management standards to satisfy auditors, risk and regulators.
• Develop understanding of product spectrum to assess risk and craft solutions.
• Manage internal relationships with bankers, risk, syndications and legal.
• Participate in strategic projects to support business goals.
