Job summary

Triple Point in London seeks an Associate Client Service Director — Corporate to lead the corporate investor experience, working with directors and shareholders to ensure a seamless end-to-end journey for TPCEPS clients.

You will partner with Sales, Legal, CoSec and Operations, own escalation handling, maintain data integrity in Salesforce, and coach a team of Client Service Executives and Analysts to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Senior level client-facing experience, ideally in financial services or investment management.
• Ability to manage complex, sensitive investor situations with judgment.
• Strong governance, compliance, and relationship-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Present at board meetings as the client-facing authority; ensure continuity and senior visibility at corporate level.
• Own the end-to-end investor journey from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Lead on complex, high-stakes matters involving corporate investors; escalate when needed.
• Monitor data quality, CRM processes, and collaboration with Sales, Legal, CoSec, and Operations.
