Job summary

KMA Legal Recruitment represents a leading UK Top 100 law firm seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Associate to join their Guildford team. You will handle a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, restructures, joint ventures and governance, with leadership on transactions and collaboration with Partners.

You will manage your own caseload, lead on complex matters and contribute to a supportive, growth‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• You must have at least 5 years PQE in corporate law from a private practice firm.
• Solid technical understanding of corporate law is essential.
• Experience with restructures, mergers and acquisitions is desirable.

A leading UK Top 100 law firm are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Associate to join their busy team in Guildford, South of London.

Role

You will join the firm's specialist corporate team who are recognised in the Legal 500 for their expertise. The team work with a wide range of clients including entrepreneurs and mid-market enterprises.

You’ll work on a broad range of matters including corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder and board advisory matters and general corporate governance.You will manage your own caseload taking the lead on various transactions as well as assisting Partners on more complex higher value matters.

Candidate

You must have at least 5 years PQE in corporate law from a well regarded private practice firm. It is essential you have a solid technical understanding of corporate law.
