The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join our busy and friendly firm. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of PQE in conveyancing, possess CQS accreditation, and have a strong track record of delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will also inspire trust and commitment among others. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, contribute to the development of the conveyancing team, and work towards partnership.

Responsibilities

• Establish, build, and maintain productive working relationships with the existing team, clients, and referrers.
• Support the team in all matters arising, both internally and externally.
• Work independently and effectively under pressure while managing multiple transactions.
• Manage and oversee cases from inception to completion.
• Handle a variety of residential client matters.
• Engage with commercial clients in conjunction with the Partner in charge.
• Ensure high‑quality client service is consistently delivered.
• Contribute to business planning with an understanding of the broader group implications.
• Actively generate business from new and existing clients through effective internal and external business development activities.
• Enhance the Curtis Parkinson brand in the local marketplace.
• Develop a personal training business plan and contribute to the team’s development alongside the Partner in charge.
• In the absence of a Partner, take on the role of Conveyancing Team Leader.
