Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing automation or industrial engineering.
  • Hands-on PLC programming and commissioning experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead automation and controls projects end-to-end (design → deployment → optimization).
  • Drive continuous improvement across robotics, PLCs, and production systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation challenges.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and system integrators during installations and upgrades.
  • Develop and standardize control systems, logic, and documentation.
  • Program and optimize PLCs to improve performance and safety.
  • Support commissioning, validation, and system handover.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical and HSE standards.
  • Mentor and develop engineers and technicians.

What you will do
