West Suffolk Council is offering the opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Senior Contracts Surveyor to lead, support and manage the contracts and housing surveying team.

You will be responsible for contract selection, specification, procurement and management of term maintenance contracts across a range of properties, while advising and assisting our projects team on contract related matters. Additionally, you will develop processes and procedures in managing and ensuring statutory compliance of our growing residential portfolio.

We are looking for an experienced team leader who can demonstrate experience in specification, contract selection, procurement and contract administration in both commercial and residential property management.
