Job summary

Hydro International, a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead our Projects Team and oversee engineering installation and refurbishment works across the UK. You will take ownership of all assigned projects, coordinating engineers and site teams to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

Bring strong engineering knowledge, hands-on leadership, and a proven track record in NEC3 contracts and project management. The role offers a competitive salary and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification (Degree/HND or equivalent) or substantial relevant experience.
• Several years' experience on industrial/mechanical/electrical engineering equipment.
• Water industry or environmental engineering experience.
• Proven experience managing engineering project teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all assigned projects and lead the Projects Team to deliver them effectively.
• Manage and coordinate all activities within your Area of Responsibility.
• Carry out site inspections and produce survey reports for quotations.
• Ensure all projects are initiated, planned, executed, controlled and closed using company systems.
• Produce solutions and quotations with profitable outcomes while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Lead on-site staff with strict control of time, quality, safety and cost.
