JMP, a SAS company, is seeking a Senior Legal Specialist to support procurement contracts, software licenses, marketing and research agreements from a UK base. The role involves contract review, negotiation and risk management in a fast-paced, global team.

You will work with cross-functional colleagues, assist attorneys, refine procure-to-pay processes, and help build scalable legal systems for JMP's future growth in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract review and negotiation.
• Bachelor's degree required; NALP certificate or UK equivalent.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and exercise judgment.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Equivalent combination of education/experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead negotiation of vendor contracts with moderate to high complexity.
• Provide legal support across procurement processes and contract management.
• Develop and refine procure-to-pay workflows to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Prepare precise, clearly written documents and research memoranda.
• Research and interpret laws relevant to procurement and contracts.
• Coordinate with attorneys and internal clients on policy development and training.
