Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience working for a maintenance or main contractor.
• Proven leadership experience within repairs or maintenance.
• Strong data analysis/interrogation skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Project & Excel trackers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong Health & Safety awareness.
• Full UK driving licence.
• SMSTS qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage a responsive repairs contract across East London and the Home Counties.
• Oversee direct labour teams and supply chain partners.
• Ensure strong commercial and operational performance.
• Lead procurement and negotiate work packages.
• Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement.
• Interrogate data to support performance and reporting.
• Maintain excellent client engagement and service delivery.
• Ensure best practice in Health & Safety.
