Job summary

OCU is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of multiple projects across our regulated power portfolio from Greenwich. This senior role focuses on safety, quality, and commercial objectives while building high-performing teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will coordinate resources, monitor programmes, and drive continuous improvements to meet delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in utilities, power, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects through multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple projects with safety, quality, and commercial focus.
• Support and manage Project Managers, Site Managers, and delivery teams.
• Coordinate resources across labour, plant, and subcontractors.
• Monitor programmes and mitigate delays to protect delivery commitments.
• Build strong client relationships and act as primary contact during delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and health, safety standards.
• Analyze performance, identify risks and opportunities for leadership updates.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
