Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to lead social housing refurbishment externals projects in Ealing. You will oversee a team of project managers, site managers and subcontractors, ensuring delivery on time and to budget within planned maintenance programmes.

The role requires experience in social housing refurbishments, strong commercial acumen, SMSTS and NVQ Level 6, and a proactive management style. Attractive salary up to £85,000 plus car allowance and benefits.

• Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractors.
• Strong focus on budget, time scales, quality and customer service.

Senior Contract Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment Externals

We are working with a leading national contractor operating within the property services market to recruit a Senior Contract Manager to join their highly successful team based in Ealing.

The Senior Contract Manager will oversee teams delivering planned maintenance programs including roofing works, scaffolfing, kitchen and bathroom refurbs, passive fire, decarbonisation/retrofit, electrical, legal disrepair and voids contracts for housing associations, ALMOs, and local councils. We are looking for candidates with comparable experience working for a Main Contractor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Senior Contracts Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Project Managers, Site Manager's, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.
