TPXimpact Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the contracting function as the business scales. You will oversee the client and supplier contracting process from bid win through to signature, maintain NDAs and registers, and manage risks and obligations across diverse projects.

• Strong client relationship management experience.
• Established track record of contract review, negotiation and risk awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence.
• Effective interpersonal skills for internal/external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create positive contracting experience for clients with efficient service.
• Manage contracting process from bid win to signature & filing.
• Support ancillary contractual tasks: NDAs, change notices, variations, extensions, breaches.
• Liaise with Senior Contracts Manager to ensure compliance with data and employment laws.
• Review, negotiate and execute terms for client and supplier relationships, including onboarding workflows.
• Maintain NDA/client/supplier registers, obligation trackers and risk logs.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
