Qualifications

• Significant senior contracts experience within an industry role.
• Experience with commercial contracts and drafting.
• Strong drafting and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and draft a range of contractual & commercial agreements.
• Manage contract compliance and assist with developing a compliance process.
• Provide support for corporate matters and liaise with Business Managers on contract terms.
• Maintain a contract database and update leadership on key issues.
• Be the first point of contact for contractual issues and advise third parties.
