A leading NHS Trust in the UK is looking for a skilled professional to manage contract processes, lead negotiations, and ensure effective service delivery. The role involves acting as the key contact for commissioners, collaborating with internal teams for accurate reporting, and contributing to strategic decision-making. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and experience in contract management. To actively manage the end-to-end process of producing contract offers, leading negotiations, and monitoring the delivery and performance of a diverse portfolio of contracts. This includes acting as the primary interface between the Trust and commissioners on all contracting and income-related matters, serving as the first point of contact / point of escalation for a wide range of queries and issues. The role also involves ensuring that internal teams are kept fully informed of commissioners' plans, priorities, and any changes that may impact service delivery or financial performance.
In addition, work collaboratively with finance and information colleagues to guarantee accurate reporting and recovery of Income, ensuring that all revenue due to the Trust is secured in a timely and compliant manner.
Contribute proactively to the wider contracting, Income, and planning processes by providing insight, analysis, and recommendations that support organisational objectives, financial sustainability, and strategic decision-making.
