The Senior Technology Contract Manager for Services and Hardware will lead the management and optimisation of technology service and hardware contracts across the organisation. This role ensures that contractual commitments deliver maximum value and that cost efficiencies are achieved through proactive governance and strategic use of value levers such as service credit management, performance monitoring, and commercial optimisation. The role will report to the Head of Asset & Contract Management and will manage one Technology Contract Manager, working closely with IT service owners, Procurement and Legal teams to maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
