Qualifications

• Experience in producing high standards of Health and Safety management.
• Strong planning and organising skills.
• Demonstrable experience in managing direct labour.
• Customer-centric with an understanding of customers’ needs.
• An SMSTS qualification with working knowledge of Health and Safety.
• Experience working on social housing and maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of response and maintenance contracts.
• Instill ownership and responsibility in teams.
• Motivate and develop team members.
• Ensure Health and Safety measures are monitored.
• Manage resources, including subcontractors and materials.
• Build relationships internally and externally.
• Produce accurate site reporting.
• Maintain productivity and ensure procedures are up to date.
