Senior Contract Manager Responsibilities

• Utilise your client liaison and relationship-building skills to maintain existing clients and source new clients and relationships.
• Organise meetings with clients to source new projects and contracts.
• Liaise with clients regarding schedules, budgets, and the full project lifecycle to set clear expectations.
• Source contractors to deliver projects and work.
• Make critical business decisions in consultation with directors and stakeholders, and find innovative ways to source projects.
• Develop a team beneath you, including key account managers and new business developers, providing training and development.

Essential Requirements and Experience

• Experience in client liaison and relationship building.
• A large contact book of clients to bring into the business.
• Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts (Desirable).
• A technical background (Desirable).
• A leadership mentality and a strong desire to help build and grow the business.
• Evidence of new clients won, along with the value of projects and work secured.
