A leading retail firm is looking for a Senior Shift Engineer to manage engineering maintenance teams. You'll ensure compliance with safety standards, oversee training, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in engineering, particularly with automated equipment and team management, and holds a Full Engineering Apprenticeship. We're looking for a Senior Shift Engineer to join our Engineering team! We're looking for a Senior Continental Shift Engineer to join our Logistics team! As a Senior Shift Engineer you'll manage the engineering maintenance engineers and support the maintenance team leader in order to provide shift support in line with departmental business objectives, performing reactive, predictive, and planned maintenance on all sites engineering areas of responsibility and automation equipment.
This role requires working across our logistics sites - you'll primarily be at Shaw but will also be expected to cover sister sites as and when required.
Shift pattern: You'll work an average of 42 hours a week - Continental shift pattern.
