Irwin Mitchell LLP is seeking a Senior Content Strategy Manager to own the firm’s content and thought leadership strategy, aligning it with commercial growth and brand development. You’ll define pillars and narratives, guide editorial activity, and lead a cross-functional content and social media team.
Reporting to the Head of Brand, Reputation & Content, you’ll establish governance, measurement and operating models across business units, driving SEO and AI-enabled discoverability.

As Senior Content Strategy Manager, you'll play a critical role in delivering that ambition by owning the firm's content and thought leadership strategy and ensuring content supports commercial growth, client engagement and brand development.
Reporting to the Head of Brand, Reputation & Content, you'll act as the strategic owner of content across the firm, defining what content is produced, why it exists, who it serves and how success is measured. You'll be responsible for developing a content framework that supports brand, marketing, communications and business development priorities across all business units.
