Job description

Work in a team that drives significant impact for players, partners and PlayStation in a fun, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape the PlayStation Plus content strategy framework, lifecycle management, and tactics determining which types of games are included in the service to delight our subscribers while also creating substantial value for publishers, supporting the company's commercial success and evolving the service and benefits over time.
  • Use data to understand player behaviors and shape the content strategy and genre/title targeting.
  • Maintain a strong network of stakeholders across multiple business areas—including content acquisition, engagement analytics, sales, marketing, third‑party relations, and PlayStation Studios—to align strategies, optimize outcomes, and support internal initiatives.
  • Apply customer commercial and publisher insights to inform and refine content plans.
  • Develop 1–3 year content strategies and plans that target and engage customer cohorts, collaborating with partners to build long‑term business plans aligned with the broader PlayStation strategy.
  • Support a multi‑million‑dollar content budget, shaping the strategy that defines how we execute the budget to maximize impact.
Key Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in content strategy, proposition development, commercial planning, and customer offers in gaming, apps, video, music, or subscription services.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; ability to break down complex data and present it clearly and actionably.
  • Proven experience working in high‑performing teams, ideally in an international or remote structure. Excellent communication skills for building relationships and influencing cross‑functional partners.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with persistent attention to detail, adapting quickly and managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of the digital gaming landscape, key players, and competitive offerings.
  • Highly autonomous and responsible for the results of projects and initiatives, with familiarity in Marketing, Data Visualization, Tableau, Customer Segmentation, Microsoft PowerPoint, Investment Banking, Strategic Planning, Financial Modeling, Customer Relationship Management, Management Consulting, Google Suite, and Analytics.
