We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager / Senior Editorial Lead to join the Corporate Creative & Content team within Simon-Kucher’s global Marketing Competence Centre. Reporting to the Corporate Creative & Content Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our global content standards on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential to extend.
In this role you’ll act as the editor‑in‑chief for our global marketing content, coaching a team of writers, quality‑controlling outputs, strengthening processes, and embedding modern content practices (including AI‑enabled workflows) across the team. It’s an ideal role for an experienced editor or senior content leader who has worked in a complex, matrixed or professional services environment and thrives on improving content quality, team capability, and operational excellence.
