Senior Content Insights Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Content Insights Analyst to deliver insights on content performance wherever it is made available. Embedded within the content insights team, the senior analyst plays a crucial role in shaping the business's understanding of content performance, developing and maximising the benefit of our insights and available data to monitor evolving viewer behaviours and identify opportunities in an exciting and increasingly complex media landscape.
Supported by a flexible, dynamic team with wide ranging experience in broadcast and digital platforms, you will partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand their challenges and identify and answer the "big questions". You will work closely with the Lead Analyst, Insight Managers, Data Scientists and Data Engineers to innovate, inform and impact decision-making. You will lead on extended projects across first party, panel based and 3rd party data which provide outcome-focused insight for the content commissioning and editorial teams. You will work proactively and collaboratively to build relationships and create recommendations that balance the requirements of your clients with ITV's wider strategic objectives.
