Location for this position is flexible, we are accepting candidates who are able to work Hybrid in either our Osterley or Leeds office.

As a Senior Content Designer in our digital customer experience team, you'll help deliver world-class content across sky.com, the My Sky app, macros, and transactional communications. You'll collaborate within Agile teams, drive content solutions, and be responsible for outcomes that meet business goals and customer needs.

Sitting within the Customer Experience Centre of Excellence, you'll create world-class customer journeys and designs to support our product roadmaps for the UK & Ireland. From joining Sky to engaging with our latest services, we're driven by one purpose : to create better experiences for our customers.
