A leading media and entertainment brand in London is seeking a Senior Content Designer to deliver world-class digital content across platforms. The successful candidate will work within Agile teams to create customer journeys and ensure content reflects user needs. Experience in UX writing, content design, and data analytics is essential. This role offers a hybrid working model, combining office and remote work.

As a Senior Content Designer in our digital customer experience team, you'll help deliver world-class content across sky.com, the My Sky app, agent macros, and transactional communications. You'll collaborate within Agile teams, drive content solutions, and be responsible for outcomes that meet business goals and customer needs.
Sitting within the Customer Experience Centre of Excellence, you'll create world-class customer journeys and designs to support our product roadmaps for the UK & Ireland. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 3 days in the office per week.
