A leading global consulting firm in the UK is seeking a professional to enhance clients' resilience frameworks and support compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, facilitating training, and leading teams in various engagements. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge in resilience and business continuity and is ready to thrive in a collaborative environment. This role offers opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic team.
The role is primarily focused on the development, delivery and assurance of operational and digital resilience programmes and related disciplines. This means helping clients understand and navigate new UK and international resilience-related regulations (e.g., UK FCA/PRA Operational Resilience, Digital Operational Resilience Act). You will support the delivery of resilience programmes, as well as some of the more foundational resilience disciplines such as business continuity, crisis management and testing. Your role will require you to lead teams or parts of teams on engagements of different sizes under the guidance of senior team members. They will look to you to anticipate and identify delivery risks and raise any issues as appropriate. As an influential member of the team, you will help to create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior team members to assist in their professional development. You will lead by example and act as a role model for our people in the way that you live our values.
The team you join – EY's UKFS Cyber & Resilience Practice – is part of a global team focused on developing and delivering cutting edge security and resilience transformation programmes. We are part of a wider consulting organisation that collectively comprises a large global practice. We have plans to grow our Cyber & Resilience practice and anticipate continued expansion. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to resilience initiatives in a global firm with a strong focus on client service, development of talent and business impact.
We are interested in professionals who are not only developing technical expertise in their field but who can also demonstrate a breadth of skills and experience in a collaborative and innovative environment. A Big 4 background or comparable consulting experience is helpful, although EY will provide ongoing training and support to develop your consulting skills. If you have a strong desire to help businesses thrive in the face of challenges and a passion for building a safer and more resilient world, this role is for you.
At EY, we are committed to shaping your future with confidence. We offer opportunities to develop new skills, flexible working arrangements, strong training and development prospects, and a collaborative, inclusive culture. EY focuses on high ethical standards and integrity and expects all candidates to demonstrate these qualities. We are a global leader in Consulting, Assurance, Tax, and Transaction services, helping people, clients and communities achieve their potential.
Our UKFS Cyber & Resilience Practice is part of a global team of over 5,000 professionals focused on cutting edge security and resilience transformation programmes.
