Job summary

Jacobs is recruiting a Senior Consultant in Lean Performance Management to drive performance across major UK infrastructure programmes. You will lead planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement within integrated teams, taking ownership of key work packages and removing blockers to keep delivery on track.

The role emphasizes lean methodologies, multidisciplinary coordination, and proactive risk mitigation, with hybrid working and a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Experience in large civil infrastructure, construction, programme or project environments.
• Knowledge of lean delivery tools and techniques (Collaborative Planning, Visual Management, Last Planner).
• Experience working across multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience using project and task management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Planner, or similar.

We're growing our Production Management team and have several exciting new opportunities available.

Our consultants help major programmes unlock better performance by improving planning, increasing collaboration, embedding lean thinking, and driving continuous improvement across integrated teams.

As a Senior Consultant within Lean Performance Management, you'll play a key role in helping project teams deliver successfully in complex environments.

You'll be trusted to take ownership of key work packages, working with minimal supervision to coordinate activities, remove blockers, improve visibility, and keep delivery on track.
