Job summary

eTeam Workforce Limited is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the UK FCC Advisory team in London. You will advise on financial crime compliance, AML, sanctions, fraud and related governance for leading financial institutions and fintechs.

The role requires 5+ years of experience and fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, with hybrid on-site work 2–3 days per week in London. The position supports project-based engagements across UK/EU/US regulatory frameworks and offers a dynamic client-focused

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Grounding in financial crime compliance and fraud.
• Business competence in Spanish and Portuguese for engagement

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of business regulation across AML, sanctions, fraud, anti-bribery and corruption, governance and controls.
• Execute work programs via interviews, document review and sample testing.
• Perform end-to-end financial crime assessment activities for financial institutions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct FCC investigations in line with UK, EU and US regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate adherence to internal policy and governance alongside applicable laws.
• Draft reports and presentations communicating findings and conclusions.
• Support on strategic client projects and client offering development.
• Ensure effective communication including reporting; develop relationships with team and stakeholders.
• Work independently or in small teams, with guidance from senior staff, deliver timely results.
• Contribute to project delivery in a fast-paced consulting environment.
