Job summary

Neo4j, Inc. seeks an experienced Technical Consultant to lead and contribute to enterprise Neo4j implementations across client projects. You will work hands-on with Neo4j products, provide expert guidance, mentor teams, and help prepare deployments for production roll‑out.

You will develop architectures, build prototypes, and craft proposals to address project goals in an agile, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• + Minimum 5+ years in enterprise-class design and development.
• + Experience in consultative, customer-facing projects.
• + Graph database experience with Neo4j or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to all phases of Neo4j implementation from inception to roll-out.
• Serve as Technical Subject Matter Expert for consulting engagements, train and guide deployments.

Job description

• Working with our customers’ engineering teams, you’ll lead and contribute to all phases of the Neo4j implementation within their projects, from inception to roll-out
• Act as the Technical Subject Matter expert for short to long-term consulting engagements where you’ll work hands-on with the Neo4j products, provide expert advice and guidance, train and educate, and help prepare deployments for production roll‑out
• Develop solution architectures that address the technical requirements of our customers’ projects
• Design and build prototype solutions that demonstrate required functionality with Neo4j
• Help prepare solution proposals for our customers’ engineering and management teams that help address the overall project goals

• Industry vertical experience in Financial Services, Retail, or Telco
• Graph DB related experience i.e. with Neo4j, OrientDB, TitanDB or similar
• Experience in Visualisation (D3, Sigma.js, Linkurious, Sawyer)
• Familiarity with Couchbase, MongoDB, Marklogic, Teradata or similar
