Job summary

ERM is seeking an ambitious Health & Safety Consultant to join our London team. This full‑time role embeds within a leading technology organisation, supporting safety across London sites and throughout the EMEA region with 10–20% travel.

You will deliver EHS programmes, conduct audits, manage risk, and promote a strong safety culture, aligning with UK legislation and client requirements. NEBOSH certificate is required; Diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Experience in an EHS or health and safety environment.
• Solid understanding of UK health and safety legislation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Hands-on approach across dynamic operational environments.
• Full UK driving licence or ability to travel between locations.
• Experience with Enablon or similar EHS management systems is a plus.

This is a unique opportunity to be embedded full-time within one of the world's most innovative technology organisations. As part of this role, you will work across two London-based sites while supporting operations throughout the EMEA region. What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a proactive and solutions-focused professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams and building positive safety cultures. You’ll ideally have:

• A NEBOSH General Certificate (required) or NEBOSH Diploma (preferred), or an equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Experience in an EHS, health and safety, or operational environment, either within industry or consulting.
• A sound understanding of UK health and safety legislation and risk management principles.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A hands‑on approach and confidence working across dynamic operational environments.
• Flexibility to work on client sites as required.
• A full UK driving licence, or the ability to travel independently between locations.
• Experience with Enablon or similar EHS management systems would be advantageous, but is not essential.
