Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Consultant in Management Consulting to work hands-on with project teams, defining, planning and implementing innovative business solutions. You will receive coaching in client management, business consulting, and team collaboration across industries.

You will work closely with Principals and MDs, shaping digital transformation initiatives while traveling to client sites as needed. A strong academic background with relevant internship experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of management consulting experience.
• Excellent academic achievement and strong internship experience.
• Exceptional qualitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Previous project work experience in a team based environment.
• Self-starter, flexible and adaptable to change.
• Goal and solution orientation.
• Customer focus and excellent client-facing capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex solutions and ideas effectively both written and verbally.
• Openness to travel and work on client site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on client commitments shaping ambitious Digital Business Transformation.
• Partner with capability groups in creative, experience and technology to build a blended approach to business strategy.
• Shape business and strategy analysis and development.
• Organise and participate in high-level (C-suite) client workshops and meetings.
• Project management support with regards to project planning and coordination of scope, risk, quality, budget and goal achievement.
• Project reporting and reviewing.
