Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Data Consultant to lead and shape data delivery across transformation programmes and to deliver lasting impact for our university partners.

You will combine hands-on data work with delivery leadership, driving quality outcomes while developing consulting, leadership and technical capability in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data analysis, reporting or data quality in complex environments.
• Advanced SQL and experience with structured datasets.
• Experience developing dashboards (Power BI or similar).
• Strong problem-solving and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience managing workstreams and engaging stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Higher education or transformation programme experience.
• Data migration, integration or governance experience.
• Exposure to consultancy environments.

Lead data workstreams or projects, ensuring strong delivery, stakeholder engagement and alignment with wider transformation outcomes.
