A leading corporate governance provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver high-quality company secretarial and governance services. The role involves managing client relationships and providing expert guidance within a dynamic team. Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of UK company law and at least 4 years of relevant experience. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility in the workplace.
As a Senior Consultant, you'll be working within MUFG Corporate Governance, a part of MUFG Corporate Markets, a division of MUFG Pension & Market Services.

Your role will include delivering high-quality company secretarial and corporate governance services to a diverse portfolio of UK listed external clients. You will act as a point of contact for technical queries and contribute proactively to the commercial growth of our business.
You'll be based in our modern office in central Leeds or London on a hybrid basis, so you'll need to be within a commutable distance, whilst providing flexibility to work from home for some of your working week.
