The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Broadcast & Sports Media.

We're looking for someone who wants to continue building a reputation as a market expert, win new business, manage a prestigious list of clients globally and lead on senior search projects with the support of an experienced delivery team.

You’ll speak to decision-makers across the industry, identify opportunities, open doors, and convert conversations into exclusive and retained work, while also owning and delivering your own search projects too.

What You’ll Lead

1. Winning New Business (the heart of the role)

• Build a strong personal presence across the broadcast and sports media markets.
• Initiate and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities through proactive outreach, research and candidate conversations.
• Create and deliver strong pitches, proposals and search briefs.
• Win retained mandates by demonstrating expertise, insight and genuine value.

2. Becoming a Recognised Market Expert

• Build deep knowledge in broadcast operations, production, media rights, OTT / streaming, content operations, and sports media technology.
• Share insights with the team and market, helping shape ICP Search’s voice in this space.
• Keep ahead of trends, market moves, org changes and new technology.
• Represent ICP professionally across industry events, networks and communities.

3. Running Senior Search Projects

• Lead your own searches from brief to completion with support from an experienced delivery team.
• Conduct structured interviews with senior candidates and gather high-quality insights.
• Present shortlists with confidence and clarity.
• Be a trusted advisor to clients at every stage of the process.

4. Working With a Strong Delivery Team

• You’ll be partnered with highly capable search delivery specialists.
• They’ll support research, sourcing, talent mapping, longlisting and coordination.
• You’ll remain client-facing and commercially responsible, while having the capacity to grow faster and take on more.
• This structure lets you focus on winning business, nurturing relationships and leading on senior searches.
