Job summary

Bowdon Associates Ltd in the UK is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance across construction and maintenance projects nationwide. You will report to the HSEQ Manager and work remotely with regular travel to sites, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal and safety standards.

The role involves developing site QA procedures, auditing, mentoring site managers, and monitoring quality metrics.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years' experience in a quality management role with a main contractor.
• Experience of creating or implementing an on-site quality management process (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage your own workload and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance across construction and maintenance activity on sites UK-wide, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal and safety standards.
• Develop site auditing procedures, including non-conformance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve the management system and mentor site managers on quality processes.
• Create and monitor project quality metrics across all sites and drive improvements in processes and information management.
