Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent with advanced project mgmt knowledge.
• Detailed understanding of CDM 2015 and related regulations.
• Ability to plan complex multi‑organisation projects with dependencies.
• Experience in construction procurement and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and ensure delivery of major capital projects.
• Apply best practice to maintain safety, coordination and quality.
• Coordinate with contractors, designers and internal teams.
• Develop plans for complex intra- and inter‑organisational delivery.
