Overview

Mammoth Capital is a Group of Companies set up to Source, Design, Fund, Develop and Build Residential and Hotel Projects. The Management Team most famously worked developing the Hotel that is now the Mama Shelter Shoreditch (owned and operated until recently) and other New Build, PD and Refurbishment Resi schemes in East and North London.

We are a true boutique development team with backgrounds in Large & SME Contractors / Housebuilders, Property, Finance Sourcing, Design, Hotel Management and some other areas. We want to blend our experiences to deliver.

Responsibilities

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Senior Construction Project Manager. The day‑to‑day tasks include leading and coordinating various construction projects in North & East London, managing and delivering to agreed project timelines, ensuring that projects stay within budget, and ensuring compliance with construction standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Construction Project Management of high‑end residential schemes
• Experience in detailed Budgeting for construction projects with QSs
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
• Sharp problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Self‑driven with the ability to work independently and remotely
• Track record in managing detailed construction portfolios
• Working knowledge of a Scheduling software, e.g. Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject
• Ideally, a graduate in a construction‑related discipline

Location & Reporting

Location: Flexible office base with regular site attendance, as required. Reporting to: Director, working closely with the Execution team.

Salary

Salary will be competitive and dependent on experience.
