Job summary

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure seeks a Senior Planner to lead planning and programme management from tender through delivery for Clyde commercial framework. Roles are based in Glasgow with travel to Helensburgh, requiring robust, fully integrated programmes and strong change control across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include tender programme development, progress reporting, earned value analysis, and coordination with design, commercial and client teams.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in construction or engineering.
• Proven track record in planning and programme management on construction/infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency with project management and planning software.
• Ability to plan multi-discipline projects from first principles.
• Significant site-based experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Own tender planning activities and develop fully integrated tender programmes.
• Produce and update construction programmes and report progress to stakeholders.
• Manage programme change events and secure contractual entitlement.
• Monitor critical path, identify pinch-points and mitigate delays.
• Prepare earned value analysis and programme updates per contract requirements.
• Present progress at meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop integrated design, procurement, construction and commissioning programmes.
