Qualifications

• 8+ years’ post-qualification experience in construction disputes and insurance matters.
• Proven capability in managing complex, high-value contentious cases.
• Deep understanding of policy coverage, claims processes, and related regulations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior team members.
• Commercial awareness and exceptional client relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise insurers and major industry stakeholders on complex, high-value contentious matters in construction insurance.
• Handle coverage disputes and policy interpretation with exposure to multi-jurisdictional issues.
• Lead on intricate claims with autonomy and strategic input.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while coordinating with senior stakeholders.
