Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent required.
• Qualified solicitor, barrister, or foreign lawyer with right to practise in home jurisdiction.
• Active practising certificate or local bar membership required.

Responsibilities

• Support conflicts and ethics programs within the Office of the General Counsel.
• Provide high-level legal analysis on conflicts checks and ethical issues.
• Assist in risk management, file audits, and compliance tasks as requested.
• Review outside counsel guidelines and engagement letters to align with firm policies.
• Contribute to training and onboarding of new Conflicts and Ethics Lawyers for EMEA.
