Job summary

A leading global law firm in London is seeking a Senior Conflicts Advisor to join their conflicts team. This role is critical in providing guidance on conflicts of interest, managing complex issues, and ensuring compliance standards are upheld. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in conflicts in a legal or professional services environment and possesses exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in conflicts, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Ability to build strong, trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Confidence in managing and analysing complex information.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of escalation for conflict checking queries.
  • Review and analyse conflict reports, escalating matters where necessary.
  • Draft recommendation reports for the Conflicts Committee.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials.
  • Maintain conflicts-related documentation and internal resources.
  • Support the drafting of conflict and confidentiality waivers.
  • Collaborate on local, regional, and global compliance projects.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the broader compliance and risk team.

RedLaw is proud to be partnering with a prestigious global law firm in their search for a Senior Conflicts Advisor to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to take on a pivotal role within the firm’s global Conflicts team, providing expert guidance and support on conflicts of interest across the firm’s international network. As Senior Conflicts Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for all conflict-related queries, working closely with partners and key stakeholders to provide clear, reliable advice. You will play a central role in managing complex conflicts issues, supporting the firm’s internal processes, and ensuring global compliance standards are upheld.
