Thomas & Dessain is seeking an experienced compliance professional to lead financial crime controls and support the MLCO function in the United Kingdom.

You will provide oversight of AML, CTF, CPF and sanctions risks, conduct monitoring reviews, and advise stakeholders on regulatory requirements while contributing to risk assessments and governance reporting.

Formación

• At least five years’ experience in compliance, financial crime or risk within financial services.

Take the lead in financial crime compliance

An excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to play a key role in strengthening financial crime controls and supporting the MLCO function.

You’ll provide oversight of AML, CTF, CPF and sanctions risks, conduct compliance monitoring reviews, advise stakeholders on regulatory requirements and contribute to risk assessments, governance reporting and the ongoing development of the compliance framework.

Ideal for someone with at least five years’ experience in compliance, financial crime or risk within financial services, strong regulatory knowledge and the confidence to influence and support colleagues at all levels.
